Thursday Update

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends in the US and their territories. Checking the weather maps this morning, we have Hurricane Otto located about 70 miles north of Limon, Costa Rica and approximately 90 miles southeast of Bluefields, Nicaragua with winds 0f 105 mph (Category 1 storm) and moving to the west at 8 mph. Hurricane warnings have been posted from Limon Costa Rica to Bluefields, Nicaragua. The center of hurricane Otto should make landfall today. Expect 6-12 inches of rain with this storm with as much as 15-20 inches in some isolated areas. This heavy rain will provide flash floods and dangerous mud slides. Remember, complete storm coverage is available on One Caribbean Television. That’s all for now, have a great day everyone and keep checking back with us.
