Wednesday Update

Good morning everyone, it is hump day! Hope your Wednesday is off to a good start. We have several things to remind you of today but first let’s take a look at the weather maps. Hurricane Seymour continues to churn across the Pacific. The storm is currently 740 miles SW of the southern tip of Baja, California with winds of 150 mph and moving W-NW at about 14 mph. This is a powerful storm, it is a category 4 hurricane. There are currently no coastal watches or warnings issued with this storm. We will continue to monitor this storm and report to you. Don’t forget for complete weather information, you can turn to One Caribbean Television 24/7. If you do not receive the station, call your local cable provider and ask them if they would consider adding it to your lineup. In other news we have a couple events to remind you about. Coming up October 30th will be the big Gospelfest on Antigua and Barbuda, this promises to be an inspiring concert. Also put on your calendar the Dominica 19th annual World Creole Music Festival October 28-30 at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium.
