Monday Update

Good morning everyone, hope you had a nice weekend! Joey and I relaxed and charged our batteries a bit. Looking ahead on our schedule, we will be traveling to St Kits and Nevis around march 15th. This will be very exciting for us because we have never been there before. Checking the weather maps this morning, there are no storms of concern, in fact most areas should enjoy some pretty good weather today and tonight. A programming note for One Caribbean Television, they are putting together a program that will re-cap carnival week from this year. If you did not see the coverage a couple weeks ago or if you saw it and would like to see it again, it will be broadcast very soon. I will let you know when I hear more details. We have about one more week to go in February, did you know this is a leap year? There are 29 days this year instead of the normal 28!! In the news, The World Bank has made 150 million dollars available to Latin America Countries and The Caribbean Islands fighting the Zika Virus spread by mosquitos. Early hurricane projections are out for this year, they are calling for an average season. We already had our first named storm of the year, Hurricane Alex in January. Well, that’s all for now, have a great day everyone and keep checking back.
