Tuesday Talk

June 11, 2013

Good morning and good Tuesday, Bob The Parrot here with my sidekick Joey Stevens. On the weather front, there are no major storms developing so today will see just the usual showers and occasional thunderstorms that we usually see. A As we continue into the current hurricane season, it would be a good idea to be prepared in the event of a storm. Water, food, flashlights, batteries, special needs like baby food, a medical kit, these are just some of the supplies that should be included. Looking on the Caribbean calendar, The Trade and Investment Convention in Trinidad and Tobago will take place June 12-15. In sports Justin Gatlin from the US beat Usain Bolt in a race last week in Rome. Storms continue to be a problem in the US, a twister in Kentucky last night caused considerable damage. Well that’s all for now, keep checking back and have a great day.
